The 2016 APBD absorption until December 15, has reached 78 percent of total budget by Rp 62.91 trillion. But the amount can still be added because payment process is still ongoing.

Jakarta Acting Governor, Sumarsono disclosed he got a report about temporary absorption that has touched 78 percent. Totally, the APBD absorption will be updated next week. It is targeted, this year, it can hit 85 percent.

"We believe the 2016 APBD could hit 85 percent," he stated.

He added there are several factors that make the absorption cannot be maximized. One of them is some projects being canceled, such as flats, rehabilitation of schools, flyover and underpass.

"That's why it has an impact on the once realization and land acquisition," he finished.
